. Minimum age is high school,
younger children may volunteer if with a parent, older sibling, or chaperoned groups.
Families with young children can be team escorts.
. Volunteers can help for Full or Half day shifts.
For Full day shifts, sign up for both AM and PM shifts.
. NO GROUP requests (each person must complete their own Registration) If you sign up for the same postions and times, you'll be working together.

Select position & time to volunteer, you will receive an automated email, if not - email mattc@sonc.org to verify your registration.
(When Registering - Enter your organization name, if registering as an individual... Enter how you heard about the event in the Organization field)

TEAM ESCORTS
This is a great spot for families with small children, or small groups who want to work together. Lead your team into Opening Ceremonies and support them all day long. Make a TEAM Sign for your team. (Samples Above)
8am to 3pm (depending on results)
Note: As new teams are confirmed, they will be added.
MEDICAL:
(must be Doctor, Nurse or EMT, with current license)
AM Shift - 8:30am to 12:30pm
PM Shift = 12:30 pm to 4pm
All day, sign up for both AM&PM
Schedule:
8:00am Volunteer Check-In Begins
8:30am Opening ceremonies on the track
9:30am Track events begin
11:00am to 1pm Lunch is provided
3pm to 4pm - Final events completed
GENERAL POSITIONS:
REGISTRATION: 7:30am to 1pm
LUNCH DISTRIBUTION - 10:30-2pm
SNACK BAR: 9 to 12 and 12 to 4pm
SETUP HELPERS - 6:30am - 8:30am

AM Only: 8:30am to noon
PM Only: 11:30am to 4pm
FOR All Day: Sign up for both AM & PM
Note: The events may run quicker than anticipated and end earlier than scheduled.
-AWARDS: Assist in recording and presenting awards
-FIELD EVENTS STAGING: Register & assist athletes to their events
- TRACK STAGING: Register & assist athletes to their events
-FINISH LINE ESCORTS: Assist Athletes from track to Awards Area
-TIMERS: (All Day only), timing races
-TRACK RUNNERS: Take Heat sheets to
the finish line.
- FIELD EVENTS: Help run Field Events
